How to integrate Power Hub with PrestaShop?

Integrating Power Hub with the PrestaShop sales platform allows for automatic synchronisation of orders, products and offers. Below you will find instructions on how to connect both systems step by step.

1. Generate an API key in PrestaShop

To start the integration, log in to your PrestaShop seller account and then:

  1. Go to the shop configuration.
  2. Select the “API” tab.
  3. Set “Enable PrestaShop API” to YES
  4. Generate a new API key.
  5. Copy the key – it will be needed during configuration in Power Hub.

2. Log in to Power Hub

  1. Go to the website app.powerhub.pl.
  2. Log in to your account or register if you do not have an account yet.

3. Add the PrestaShop integration

After logging in:

  1. Go to the Configuration → Integrations section.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Select PrestaShop from the list.
  4. Enter a custom name for the integration (e.g. “Presta – main shop”)
  5. Provide the shop website address.
  6. Paste the previously generated API key.
  7. The login and password fields are required only for PrestaShop version …..
  8. Go to the Shipments tab and set the default template for shipments that will be created for orders from this shop. How to configure shipment templates.
  9. Now go to the Synchronization tab and set the default flag for orders that they will receive immediately after import. How to configure order flags.
  10. Save the settings.

4. Synchronisation settings

Once successfully connected, you can additionally configure:

  • Order synchronisation (frequency and retrieval period).

  • Updating prices and stock levels in offers from Power Hub to PrestaShop.
  • Updating stock levels and product prices between Power Hub and PrestaShop with the option to choose the synchronisation direction

You will find the settings in the Configuration → Integrations, section by clicking the pencil icon next to the selected integration.

5. Import and management of products

In the Warehouse → Product catalogue section, you can import products from your PrestaShop store into Power Hub in order to list them as offers on this or other marketplaces.

6. Import and export of offers

In the Sales module, the following options are available:

  • Import offers – downloads offers from the platform and creates products in Power Hub.
  • Create offers in the marketplace – allows you to publish an offer in the PrestaShop shop via Power Hub.

7. Order processing

After activating the integration:

Changes are automatically sent to PrestaShop – the customer is informed about the progress of the fulfilment.

Orders from PrestaShop will be visible in the Orders module.

You can process them directly from Power Hub (printing invoices, changing statuses, handling shipments).
