How to integrate Power Hub with Allegro?
Integrating Power Hub with the Allegro sales platform enables automatic synchronisation of orders and offers. Below you will find instructions on how to connect both systems step by step.
1. Log in to Allegro
To connect Power Hub with the appropriate Allegro account, log in to your seller account at allegro.pl in the same browser in which you will be using Power Hub.
2. Log in to Power Hub
- Go to the website app.powerhub.pl.
- Log in to your account or register if you do not yet have an account.
3. Add the Allegro integration
After logging in:
- Go to the Configuration → Integrations. section.
- Click Add.
- Select Allegro from the list.
- Enter a custom name for the integration (e.g. “Allegro – main store”).
- Go to the Shipments tab and set the default template for shipments that will be created for orders from this store. How to configure shipment templates.
- Now go to the Synchronisation tab and set the default flag for orders that they will receive immediately after import. How to configure flags for orders.
- Save the settings.

4. Connect the integration with your shop
Go back to the configuration settings. You will find them in the Configuration → Integrations, tab by clicking the pencil icon next to the selected integration.
Then select Proceed to authorisation
Power Hub will automatically link this integration with the logged-in Allegro account. The access token will refresh automatically every 12 hours.
5. Synchronisation settings
After a successful connection, you can additionally configure:
- Mapping of order statuses between Power Hub and Allegro (statuses in Allegro will change according to the settings in Power Hub).
- Default shipment templates for specific delivery methods.
- Order synchronisation (frequency and retrieval period).
- Method of sending invoices issued in Power Hub to Allegro.
- Updating prices and stock levels in offers from Power Hub to Allegro.
- Default settings for listed offers.
You can find the settings in the Configuration → Integrations section by clicking the pencil icon next to the selected integration.
5. Import and export offers
In the Sales module, the following options are available:
- Import offers – downloads offers from the platform and creates products in Power Hub.
- Create offers in the marketplace – allows you to publish an offer via Power Hub in the Allegro store.
6. Order handling
After activating the integration:
- Orders from Allegro will be visible in the Orders module.
- You can process them directly from Power Hub (printing invoices, changing statuses, handling shipments).
- Changes are automatically sent to Allegro – the customer is informed about the progress of the order fulfilment.
