How to build a custom action?
The builder works on an “if–then” logic and guides you through four steps:
1 – Choose the start event
What should trigger the action? A new order, a status change, the passage of time, an event from an external system (webhook), a stock change.
2 – Add conditions (optional)
Limit the scope: only orders from Allegro? Only above 300 PLN? Only products from the Electronics category? Combine conditions using the AND / OR operator and build freely complex filters.
3 – Define the action (or sequence of actions)
Choose what should happen: generate a label, send an email, change the status, add a tag, trigger an external webhook (e.g. to your ERP or CRM), modify order fields.
4 – Set the mode and activate
The action can run: immediately, with a delay (e.g. 30 minutes after the event), or only during specific hours. Test it on a test order before activation.
