The new system version brings a series of improvements and fixes. Among them are changes in integrations, new features in the mobile app, development of returns automation, and fixes in the user interface.
New features
eBay integration
Introduced import of products and offers from eBay, and synchronisation of stock levels and prices. Offers update automatically, and the account authorisation process has been improved.
Returns list in the mobile app
A returns list with the ability to change their status has appeared in the mobile app. This facilitates ongoing management of the returns process from your phone.
Automatic actions for returns
Added a set of automatic actions that allow creating, modifying, cancelling returns, and refunding payments. These changes increase the level of automation and consistency of returns processes.
Shipping with Erli
The system has been connected to the Erli platform. Users can now dispatch shipments directly from the admin panel.
Mobile app translations
The mobile app has been translated into nine languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek, and English.
Translations for the Gate module (registration, login, password reminder) have also been updated.
Improvements
User interface
Further fixes have been introduced in the system’s appearance and operation. The changes increase readability and improve working comfort.
Order sorting
Sorting on the orders list has been refined. This makes browsing and searching for data faster and more intuitive.
Buttons on the orders list
The operation of buttons in the list view and order details has been improved.
Bug fixes
- removed house number validation,
- fixed the authorisation token refresh error,
- improved the operation of the ‘Shipment Created’ trigger,
- resolved the issue with adding products to an order,
- fixed errors during creating offers and linking them to products,
- improved product import in the ‘Insert EAN as SKU’ mode.
The update from 6 October 2025 introduces numerous improvements that enhance system stability and functionality. These changes aim to streamline users’ daily work and develop automation of sales and warehouse processes.
