The May update of PowerHub is a package of practical improvements that will facilitate daily order handling, improve work with lists and increase control over automation. We also introduced a series of technical fixes and optimisations that translate into greater system stability and performance. Check out what’s changed!

Collection point map in order details

A new section with a collection point map has appeared in the order details view. This makes it easier to verify the selected point by the customer and plan delivery logistics.

Removal of default dates from filters on the order list

The default date is no longer automatically applied to the order filter – now the user independently decides on the range, eliminating the risk of missing data in the results.

Expanded product list in order details

We've increased the visible area of the product list – now it's easier to browse orders containing many items, without the need to scroll or click on additional expansions.

Extended invoice forwarding to Marketplace (e.g. Allegro)

Invoices added as attachments to orders are now also automatically forwarded to marketplaces, if the integration allows it. This is full automation of sales documentation.

Automatic saving of the number of items displayed per page

The system now remembers your choice of the number of items on the list (e.g., 20, 50, 100 orders) – you don't have to set this manually after each refresh or tab change.

New condition for automatic actions: "In status for X minutes"

We have expanded automation capabilities with a time-based condition. Now you can create rules that will trigger, e.g., after 30 minutes of waiting for a status change – ideal for monitoring SLA, automatic reminders, or escalations.

functioning of tags with link to order page in messages – link always leads to the correct page

downloading delivery methods – process is faster and data more consistent

The May update is a step towards greater convenience in using PowerHub. From improved search, through better visibility of collection points, to extended document transfer – all so that you can handle orders even more efficiently.
