System update – new features and improvements in PowerHub
We are pleased to announce the latest update to our system, which introduces a range of new functionalities and significant improvements that enhance convenience and efficiency in daily work. Below is the full list of changes:
New features
Language versions
The system has been expanded with new language versions, allowing for even broader use of PowerHub in Central and Eastern Europe. Added support for languages:
- Czech,
- Slovak,
- Hungarian,
- Bulgarian,
- Greek.
Returns handling in integrations
Added returns handling (beta version) for platforms:
- Allegro,
- PrestaShop,
- Erli,
- WooCommerce,
- Shopify,
- MerchantPro.
Events and automatic actions related to returns
As part of automation, new events have been added that can be used in rules:
- Return created
- Return cancelled
- Partial amount refunded for order
- Full amount refunded for order
- Return deleted
- Return status changed
- Return reserved for acceptance
- All return products accepted
- Return exists for a specified number of days
- Return in status for a specified number of days
New automatic actions have also been added, including:
- Create return
- Cancel return
- Change return status
- Commission return order (for return)
- Payment return order (for return)
- Modify return
Other improvements
- Ability to verify integration connection validity directly from the configuration level.
- New feature for displaying product location in the warehouse in the picking and packing assistant based on SKU or EAN (functionality requires configuration).
- A new system homepage has been made available, with a better overview of key information.
- Added preview of seller notes on the order list, which facilitates quick assessment of customers’ custom requirements.
Fixes and improvements
- Improved product variant retrieval during import.
- Fixed an error in saving order data when expected delivery or shipping dates were missing.
- Removed the issue with re-creating a Zadbano shipment after deleting the previous one.
- Resolved an error that prevented adding a product with a zero price to an order.
- Improved synchronisation of delivery methods for PrestaShop integration – this requires a one-time reconfiguration, but future changes in Presta will now be automatically reflected in the system.
