In the April update of PowerHub, we focused on refining the picking and packing process, optimising customer communication and improving system stability. We also introduced several long-awaited changes regarding printing, sorting and warehouse order handling. Check out what’s new!

Discover the new features:
Email and SMS queuing
To ensure stable dispatch and avoid system overload, we have introduced queuing for all outgoing messages. Email and SMS notifications will now be sent more smoothly and with greater reliability – especially with a large number of orders.
Visibility of storage location in the picking and packing assistant
Warehouse staff can now see in real-time exactly where a particular product is located – directly in the assistant window. This streamlines picking, reduces errors, and shortens order fulfilment times.
New sorting options in the assistant – with division by location
We've moved order sorting directly to the picking and packing assistant window. Additionally, we've introduced the ability to sort by warehouse location – a great help in planning the picking route.
Downloading Zadbano Manifest
We've added the ability to download the manifest for shipments handled by the Zadbano carrier – documents are available from the panel, ready for printing.
Printer selection when printing documents
From now on, you can independently select a printer when printing labels, shipping documents, or warehouse documents. This function is particularly useful in larger companies with several printing stations.
Sending a message without selecting a template
In order details, you can send an email or SMS without having to use a previously defined template. This gives you greater flexibility in individual contact with the customer.

appearance of the product list in email messages – each product is presented in a separate row, which improves readability and aesthetics

saving COD and insurance in shipment templates – data saves correctly in order details

cancelling Zadbano shipments – process now runs stably

problem with deleting carrier accounts – operation ends successfully without system errors.

shipment templates for Allegro and WzA carrier – work as expected

"Exposed to" and "Not exposed to" filters in the product catalogue – now provide more accurate results.
Summary
The April 2025 update shows that PowerHub is constantly developing towards greater convenience, flexibility, and speed of operation – both for small teams and large logistics centres. Optimising communication, expanding the assistant functions for collecting and packing, and new integrations are just part of what we have prepared.
