The March update of PowerHub brings further features that facilitate daily work, increase process transparency and strengthen control over automation. We have also ensured greater interface intuitiveness and precise integration operation. See what’s new in PowerHub!

Discover the new features:

Downloading attachments directly from the order level

We have added the ability to download related attachments (e.g., invoices, photos, delivery documents) to the order details. This is particularly useful for handling complaints and order fulfilment.

New filter on the list of automatic actions – 'Active only'

Easier automation management! With the filter, you can quickly distinguish active rules from unused ones and maintain order in the configuration.

Introduction of a 'star' system in multiple views

We've added the ability to mark any items as 'favourites' (with a star) on lists: - orders - warehouse - issues - deliveries - inventory - sales offers You can now create your own priority lists and return to important items more quickly.

Starring also works in automation!

Star handling has been added as an event condition and order modification element in automatic actions. Example? After marking an order with a star, you can automatically change its status, add a note or send a message to the customer.

New, dedicated order page for your customers

We've introduced a fully-fledged, separate order page with a better layout, access to actions, history and attachments. From now on, information about the order for your customers has become even more transparent.

Extended conditions in the "Shipment Created" and "Shipment Status Changed" actions

We have added the ability to apply conditions based on order data – e.g., country, integration source, tags, or additional fields. This works only for shipments created from the order level, which increases control over the context of actions.

More frequent order fetching – now even every 1 minute

In situations requiring almost immediate synchronisation (e.g., dropshipping, high order volume), PowerHub can now fetch new orders every 60 seconds.

Invoice icon on the order list

If an order has an invoice as an attachment, the system automatically displays the appropriate icon on the list. You save time – you don't have to go into the details of each order.

Search by MPN in the Allegro catalogue

Looking for products by manufacturer number? Now you can search the Allegro catalogue by MPN – this makes it easier to quickly find the right offers.

Warning about creating a shipment from a cancelled order

We have added protection against errors – if you try to create a shipment from a cancelled order, the system will warn you before you perform an unwanted action.

Automatic selection of auctions when linking with products

When the linking window is opened, the system automatically selects auctions that match the product – saving clicks and reducing mistakes.

New "Integration" condition in automation

Added the ability to trigger automatic actions depending on the order integration source (e.g., Allegro, Presta, Baselinker). Example? You can send different messages for customers from Allegro and different ones for orders from the shop.

New confirmation button in the productisation window – increases clarity and makes it easier to finish the product assignment process.

Automatic marking of a new automatic action as active – you no longer need to additionally enable it after creation.

displaying Allegro order numbers – the presentation of numbers is now more readable and consistent with the Allegro system.

Better field validation when creating an automatic action – it detects and suggests errors before you save the configuration.
