The February PowerHub update was one of the most comprehensive in recent months – we introduced a series of new features enhancing automation capabilities, communication personalisation, and integration with external systems. Improvements also covered the operation of lists, templates, exports, and system logic. Check the full list of changes!

Discover the new features:
Mysterious tags with new power: [ID], [NUMBER], [EXTERNAL_ID] in the "Call URL" action
The ability to use dynamic tags has been added to the automatic Call URL action. This allows you to pass specific order data to external systems – e.g., its number, external identifier, or PowerHub ID – in a fully automated manner.
Individual shipment templates in order details
You can now override default shipment parameters for a specific order – without the need to change carrier account configuration. An ideal solution when an exceptional approach to unusual orders is required.
New tags in email templates
We have enriched email message templates with new tags – greater flexibility, better content matching, and even more professional communication with the customer.
Manual Shoper token refresh
If there are issues with authorising your Shoper account, you can refresh the token yourself without needing to contact technical support – quickly, simply and effectively.
Downloading order messages from PrestaShop
PowerHub now automatically downloads customer messages assigned to orders from Presta – this facilitates comprehensive order handling and faster response to buyers' questions.
Integration with serwersms.pl
The new integration enables sending SMS messages to customers from within PowerHub – this makes communication faster and the customer better informed about the order or shipment status.
SMS message templates
Create once and use repeatedly – you can define your own SMS message templates, which significantly speeds up work and ensures message consistency.
New automatic action "Send SMS"
Utilise the power of automation for communication – set up sending SMS messages based on specific events, e.g., status change, shipment creation or delays in fulfilment.
Additional fields support in automation
In automated actions, you can now also use additional fields (e.g., internal data, notes) – greater flexibility in creating action rules.
"Shipment created" condition in automated actions
The new event allows you to create rules triggered only after a shipment is created – this includes the possibility of automatically sending an SMS, email, or assigning a status.
New filter: "Shipment created for order"
On the order list, you can now easily search only those for which a shipment has been created – useful for reporting and logistics work.
New fields related to the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)
When listing offers on Allegro, you can now enter information required by new EU regulations – PowerHub is ready for upcoming legal changes.
Shipment templates moved to carrier account configuration
We have changed the location of shipment templates so they are now available directly in carrier account settings. This facilitates management and unifies the configuration process.

New integrations, automation improvements, and quality fixes make PowerHub even better prepared to serve modern e-commerce businesses.
