Functionality – The range of general functionalities available depends on the ERP system:
- Order import to ERP with the ability to choose the document type
- Simple and quick selection of orders for import; the integrator presents orders with the selected status. The list clearly shows which orders are waiting for import and which have already been fetched
- Recognition (identification) of goods from e-commerce based on: symbols, EAN codes, names, additional fields, manufacturer codes, etc.; the integrator can also work with one-time services
- Recognition (identification) of customers from e-commerce in ERP based on: tax identification number (NIP), login, phone number, email address, etc.
- Support for currencies, taxes, VAT modes, and GTU codes enables both domestic and international sales
- Goods reservation management
- Notifying buyers about the order processing status through status changes in the store or email and SMS messages
- Order automation (“reverse update”) enables automatic processing of order documents into specific sales documents based on the status change of the order in the store (e.g., after payment confirmation); this same mechanism can also retract orders that have been canceled (e.g., due to lack of payment)
- Sending sales documents in PDF format
- Mapping of payment methods facilitates management of settlements and payments for online orders
- “Import and Preview” allows the presentation of the order before importing, reviewing it, and optionally making manual adjustments
- Scheduling functionality enables full automation of the order processing workflow without user intervention
- Updating prices and inventory levels between ERP and the online store (and vice versa) with the ability to specify the scope of data (prices, inventory levels)
- Exporting goods from ERP to the online store
- Importing goods from the online store to ERP
- Tracking changes in goods enables sending information only about products that have been modified since the last synchronization
- Support for working with multiple configuration files allows for the implementation of more advanced import and export scenarios
- Installation capability on more than one workstation
- Ability to connect more than one store/user account
