Power Hub provides tools for efficient issuing and handling of invoices, and in the case of some accounting integrations, also receipts. You can easily generate documents for orders downloaded from many sources and transfer them to SmartBill.ro. You can issue invoices for individual orders or mass-produce them for the entire list. The system can do this for you – if you set the appropriate automatic action, accounting documents can generate themselves. If you sell on foreign markets, Power Hub will make it easier for you to issue invoices in different languages, with different numbering series and VAT rates.
If you use the warehouse functions in SmartBill.ro, you can import products to the Power Hub warehouse and use product information to issue offers to other sales channels and synchronize stock levels.
Integration with SmartBill allows you to:
- send invoices created in the Power Hub panel to SmartBill and generate invoices appropriate for the accounting system based on them
- export invoices to SmartBill in the most convenient way for you: automatically immediately at the time of document creation or in bulk when starting the export manually
- download invoices from SmartBill to send them to customers in automatic e-mails
- forward invoices from SmartBill to selected marketplaces (e.g. Amazon)
- quick printing of accounting documents thanks to direct integration with printers
- synchronize inventory from SmartBill to sales channels
- post offers based on products from SmartBill to new marketplaces and stores
