Process Automation

Integration of Comarch ERP with Power Hub enables automation of many processes related to managing an online store. Data concerning orders, inventory levels, customers, and products can be synchronized between both systems in real time, eliminating the need for manual data entry and minimizing the risk of errors.

Consolidated Sales Management

Thanks to the integration of Comarch ERP with Power Hub, customers can centrally manage online sales across all sales platforms, such as Allegro, eBay, Amazon, etc. All orders are collected in one place, simplifying the supervision of sales processes and tracking order statuses.

Inventory Updates

The integration allows for automatic inventory updates in Comarch ERP based on sales made through various sales platforms. When a customer places an order, the inventory level is automatically updated, preventing the sale of unavailable products and minimizing the risk of erroneous orders.

Enhanced Customer Service

Through data integration between Comarch ERP and Power Hub, customers can easily access comprehensive information about their clients. Order history, preferences, contact details, and other relevant information are available in one place, facilitating improved customer service and personalized interactions.

Integrator Functionalities:

• Document Transfer: Transferring various document types from Comarch ERP to Power Hub, such as invoices, prepayment invoices, receipts, and proforma invoices.
• Order Import: Importing orders from Power Hub to Comarch ERP, enabling automatic creation and synchronization of sales documents.
• Import of Additional Product Information: Importing complementary product details from Comarch ERP to Power Hub, such as attributes, descriptions, EAN codes, supplier codes, etc.
• Product Group Synchronization: Assigning product groups from Comarch ERP to categories in Power Hub or adding a new product group as a new category in Power Hub.
• Customer Management: Adding and linking customers in Comarch ERP, simplifying the management of client and partner data.
• Price and Inventory Updates: Automatic updates of prices and inventory levels from Comarch ERP to Power Hub.
• Product Photo Import: Importing product photos from Comarch ERP or a folder to Power Hub.
• Update Scheduling: Setting a schedule for updating products, prices, and inventory levels.

• Product Card Creation in ERP: Operators can use the feature to create a product card in the ERP system based on sales platform data, transferring key product information.

The integrator features a desktop installation version—once downloaded, users can independently install the application on their computer. Next, settings and data configuration take place, and the synchronizer is ready to operate.

Integration is performed, maintained and sold by an external company integratory.pl.

The main functionalities of the program are:

• Creating records for contractors in Comarch Optima
• Automatic import of orders from Power Hub to Comarch Optima (choice: PF, RO or invoice/receipt)
• Export of goods from Comarch Optima to Power Hub (names, SKU, descriptions, prices, stock levels, weights, categories, EAN codes, photos, attributes-features)
• Support for multiple warehouses in Power Hub
• Import of goods
• Bilateral synchronization of Comarch Optima and Power Hub goods
• The integrator has the ability to link goods from Power Hub by EAN or SKU with goods in Comarch Optima based on the product code or barcode, thanks to which normal warehouse management is carried out (the goods are reserved or removed from the stock in the Comarch Optima warehouse)
• Support for photos

• Support for currencies and taxes
• Automatic fulfillment of orders in Comarch Optima based on the change of status in Power Hub
