Regardless of the location and type of warehouse, the application provides you with a set of tools for processing orders in each of them and synchronizing data exchange to constantly monitor the availability of products for sale, update descriptions and prices

FAST IMPORT AND PUBLISHING OF PRODUCTS

In one step, you will import products with photos, descriptions, prices and parameters from existing offers or products in the store or as part of import from a file. To publish them, you will also automatically select categories, product parameters and add photos based on previously predefined offer templates. You will be able to quickly list active or inactive offers on subsequent sales websites. In the case of sales on foreign websites, you will quickly translate names, titles, descriptions, product parameters, convert the price to the appropriate currency, and also create various invoice numbering series and define dedicated VAT rates (including VAT OSS)

Regardless of the channels you sell in, you can control all offers from one module. You can mass change product data from the product list or in intuitive offer details. You can set, among others: price, manufacturer, VAT, category and change parameters.

Orders from marketplace platforms are downloaded to the Order Module. You can decide whether to use its capabilities or use Power Hub only as an intermediary and continue to handle all sales from your online store (or another system, e.g. ERP). The order is transferred automatically a moment after it is placed! It will be visible in your store just like other orders placed there. Stock synchronization will take place without your participation - when the order is transferred, the system will automatically reduce the stock of purchased products

CUSTOMER ORDER INFORMATION PAGE

Each order has a unique information page. The customer can view the purchase details, download an invoice, ask you a question or check the status of the order or shipment.

You will receive a link to the dedicated page in the email or SMS notifications you set up.
All messages and conversation history are available in the Power Hub Orders Module.
If a customer has any questions about an order or the delivery process, they can always chat with you. In the chat details, they will also find additional helpful information about the order itself, including its number and information about the products in the delivery.
