We’re expanding the PowerHub integration library with another key platform – Shoptet Free and Shoptet Premium. This is great news for merchants operating (or planning to operate) in the Czech and Slovak markets, where Shoptet is one of the core e-commerce engines.
With this new integration, you can connect your Shoptet store (Free or Premium) to PowerHub and centralise order management, stock and automation together with the marketplaces, online stores and ERP/WMS systems you already use.
Shoptet – the backbone of e-commerce in Czechia and Slovakia
Shoptet is a Czech platform for building and running online stores, operating since 2008. It offers a complete SaaS solution with an intuitive admin panel, ready-made templates, payment, shipping and marketing tools – all in a single interface. (eutechstack.eu)
According to Shoptet data and independent analyses:
- more than 44,000 active online stores run on Shoptet,
- that’s about one third of all e-shops in Czechia and Slovakia,
- the annual turnover generated by Shoptet stores reaches approximately CZK 66 billion.
Most Shoptet stores operate in Czechia and Slovakia, but the platform is also used in Poland, Hungary and other countries in the region.
Key Shoptet features
From a merchant’s perspective, Shoptet offers among others:
- product management (catalogue, variants, prices, promotions),
- order and customer management from a single admin panel,
- Shoptet Pay – an integrated payment gateway and additional payment methods,
- shipping and carrier management,
- marketing and SEO tools,
- a broad ecosystem of 350+ add-ons and integrations (especially in the Premium version),
- an API (particularly in Shoptet Premium) for integrating with external systems.
This makes Shoptet a natural choice both for local e-shops and for brands planning to expand into the Czech and Slovak markets.
Shoptet Free and Shoptet Premium – who are they for?
Shoptet Free – a no-cost start in e-commerce
The Free plan is Shoptet’s free tier – with no hidden subscription fees. (shoptet.cz)
It’s designed for new stores that want to:
- launch online sales quickly without investing in software,
- test a business idea,
- learn how to run an e-shop on real orders.
Shoptet Free offers essential store features such as invoicing, XML exports (e.g. for comparison sites) and integration with Shoptet Pay.
Shoptet Premium – for fast-growing stores and brands
Shoptet Premium is aimed at larger e-commerce businesses that need: (shoptetpremium.com)
- a custom design tailored to their brand,
- a private API and deep integrations with systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, wholesalers),
- scaling across multiple markets (multiple languages, currencies, payment and delivery methods),
- dedicated support and consulting.
It combines a “ready-to-use” subscription platform with the flexibility to build a store tailored to a specific business model – from B2C to B2B.
PowerHub x Shoptet – one central hub for your sales
PowerHub is an OMS (Order Management System) that connects marketplaces, online stores, warehouses, carriers, sales documents and automations into a single environment.
The new integration with Shoptet Free and Shoptet Premium lets you treat your Shoptet store as just another fully fledged channel in your sales architecture.
What does the PowerHub integration with Shoptet Free do?
For stores using Shoptet Free, the integration enables:
- import of orders from Shoptet into the Orders module in PowerHub,
- import of delivery methods configured in Shoptet,
- import of products from Shoptet – so the catalogue is visible in PowerHub.
Once you connect Shoptet Free to PowerHub, you can:
- manage orders from Shoptet alongside orders from marketplaces and other stores,
- use automatic actions to change statuses, generate documents, select carriers and send notifications,
- create shipments with integrated carriers,
- issue invoices and receipts for Shoptet orders,
- and, if needed, connect Shoptet sales to ERP/WMS via PowerHub.
This is an ideal solution for smaller shops using Shoptet’s free plan but wanting to work with a professional OMS and already thinking about growing their multichannel sales.
What additional benefits come with Shoptet Premium integration?
For stores using Shoptet Premium, the integration in PowerHub goes a step further. In addition to:
- importing orders,
- importing delivery methods,
- importing products,
we also add product data synchronisation between Shoptet Premium and PowerHub (based on the integration settings).
In practice, this means that:
- you can base your entire product catalogue in PowerHub on products from Shoptet Premium,
- changes in product data (names, descriptions, prices, attributes) can be refreshed based on store data,
- PowerHub can act as a central catalogue from which you list offers to marketplaces, other online stores and additional Shoptet instances. (shoptetpremium.com)
For larger stores and brands this is a natural way to connect the sales front-end (Shoptet Premium) with operations, logistics and integrations (PowerHub).
Example use cases for the integration
1. A small Shoptet Free store entering multichannel sales
- You run a simple store on Shoptet Free and start selling on marketplaces.
- You connect Shoptet Free to PowerHub.
- All orders (Shoptet + marketplaces) land in a single panel.
- PowerHub automatically selects the carrier, prints labels, updates statuses and issues documents.
Result: you no longer have to log into multiple back-ends – you handle everything in one OMS.
2. Shoptet Premium + ERP + multiple marketplaces
- Your Shoptet Premium store is the main B2C sales channel.
- You maintain product data in Shoptet Premium but also want to sell on Allegro, eBay, Amazon, etc.
- PowerHub then:
- imports products and orders from Shoptet,
- publishes offers on marketplaces,
- synchronises stock and prices across all channels,
- forwards orders to ERP/WMS.
Result: a single, consistent stock and pricing logic, even when you sell across several markets.
3. Multiple Shoptet stores for different brands
- You operate several brands, each on a separate Shoptet store (Free or Premium).
- In PowerHub, you can add multiple Shoptet connections and manage them from one panel using shared automation, logistics settings and reports.
How to start integrating Shoptet with PowerHub?
The onboarding process is straightforward:
- Set up and configure your Shoptet store
- if you’re just starting out, you can use the trial and the Free plan, which remains free when you go live – with no hidden fees,
- for larger projects, consider Shoptet Premium from day one, especially if you plan advanced integrations and international expansion.
- Add the Shoptet integration in the PowerHub panel
- go to the Integrations module,
- add a new Shoptet Free or Shoptet Premium connection,
- fill in the access details from the Shoptet admin (keys/API/export settings – according to the instructions in the PowerHub Help Center).
- Define your stock and catalogue source
- decide whether the main source of product data should be Shoptet, the PowerHub warehouse or an ERP/WMS system.
- Test the full flow
- publish a few test products,
- place test orders,
- verify order import, document generation, shipping label creation and feedback back to Shoptet.
Summary – Shoptet + PowerHub as a base for CEE expansion
The new PowerHub integration with Shoptet Free and Shoptet Premium means:
- an easier entry into the Czech and Slovak markets, where Shoptet is one of the e-commerce leaders,
- the ability to work on the free Shoptet plan while still using a professional OMS on the PowerHub side,
- deeper integration for Shoptet Premium – with product data synchronisation and readiness for further integrations (ERP, WMS, marketplaces),
- a single panel for handling orders, warehouse, shipping, returns and documents,
- consistent process automation, regardless of how many stores and channels you operate.
If you’re growing sales in the Czech and Slovak markets – or just testing them – integrating Shoptet Free and Shoptet Premium with PowerHub will help you move faster, with fewer errors and without having to grow your team just to “handle yet another admin panel”.
